About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside the Brand and Content and Growth Marketing teams
  • Create engaging written content for social media, web, email communications, and digital advertising
  • Develop content that supports EMC's brand and enhances engagement with external audiences, particularly agency partners
  • Assist with marketing projects through content development, proofreading, project coordination, analytics, and other team initiatives
  • Contribute to real marketing and communications projects supporting EMC's business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Major in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Completion of Sophomore year
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
  • Interest in content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling
  • Writing samples or a portfolio may be requested during the interview process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn
  • Experience with student publications, internships, campus organizations, blogs, social media, or other content-focused projects is a plus
