About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Talent Acquisition and Compensation initiatives within EMC’s corporate human resources area
- Support candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development for internship, early-career, and entry-level positions
- Review resumes and assist with candidate pre-screening
- Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Help manage candidate communications to create a positive candidate experience
- Transfer job descriptions from Word documents into Workday accurately and consistently
- Support communications related to the job description system of record transition effort
- Learn EMC’s culture, business processes, and human resources functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business, human resources, or finance major preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of computer software, such as Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
