Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas of study or field experience
  • Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC
  • Prior experience as a Project Executive, Operations Manager, Fabrication/Prefab Leader or Senior Project leader working for a $100 million+ contractor
  • Successful leadership of larger projects specializing in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC work
  • Market/sector experience managing Data Centers/Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing/Semiconductor, Large Healthcare, Complex Commercial Construction projects
  • Demonstrated Prefabrication & Fabrication expertise
  • Experience managing large, complex multi-trade projects strongly preferred
  • Exposure to high-reliability environments strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of integrated fabrication strategies strongly preferred
  • System and technical competency in project controls systems, cost tracking and forecasting, productivity measurement, labor planning, fabrication shop workflows, prefab integration, schedule management and change order management
  • Experience developing project execution playbooks in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of leading projects with commitment to Ethics and Safety
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam or other construction software
  • Familiarity with construction/financial software packages
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English and collaborate with customers, employees, unions, government agencies, vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Ability to navigate job sites and travel by plane and/or car 40-60% of the time
  • Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
