About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Assist customers and suppliers with concerns and resolve issues when applicable
  • Manage voicemail and third-party systems
  • Partner with team members to address service issues promptly
  • Build professional and positive relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Schedule and validate supplier-performed services
  • Obtain quotes and prepare proposals for enhancements and repairs
  • Analyze property inspection results and develop remediation and improvement initiatives
  • Reconcile billing and service data
  • Follow customer-specific policies and procedures while handling multiple customers
  • Promote a positive safety culture and comply with applicable regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent in education and work experience
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast paced customer service role is preferred
  • SIMA certified, NALP certified, Licensed Irrigator, and/or horticultural degree is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (written and spoken) is a bonus
  • Must be confident working in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform managing work orders desired
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to understand and accurately communicate customer/service provider needs
  • Ability to manage telephone interactions and convey confidence while resolving issues
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment where priorities shift
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to solve problems and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks or responsibilities
