About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assume overall responsibility for management and daily operations of all properties within the designated region
  • Work with maintenance personnel to ensure duties are completed safely, effectively, and within standard
  • Develop strategies to improve facility, personnel, and process reliability and safety
  • Manage and respond to emergency calls and oversee time-critical repairs
  • Plan and oversee audits, routine maintenance, and facility and equipment improvement projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, internal team members, and external partner service providers
  • Oversee work order statuses and backlogs
  • Respond to emergencies within 4 hours and provide active communication among vendors, EMCOR, and LCG
  • Oversee vendor relationships, scopes, quotes, and financial accountability
  • Manage budgets and repair-versus-replace decisions
  • Build stakeholder trust through regular contact, process transparency, and ownership of escalations
  • Conduct site assessments and collect data and photos
  • Manage the preventive maintenance program and maintain accurate asset inventories for capital planning
  • Organize emails, approvals, and quotes and align building operations with organizational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • FMP or CFM Preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies, procedure manuals, and maintenance specifications
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CMMS, Smartsheet, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI
