About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, manage, and grow Mythics Strategic Markets SaaS product resell business
  • Set the overall vision and strategic plan for the business unit
  • Lead the S&L SaaS Sales Team by communicating company goals, best practices, and policies
  • Provide guidance, best practices, and oversight on approvals, OEM and customer engagement, pricing, margins, and RFP responses
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and implement capture strategies for potential SaaS accounts and contracting avenues across the US
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with consulting sales to support effective customer implementation and complete SaaS solutions
  • Report sales performance and market trends to executive management
  • Maintain disciplined sales forecasting and accurate CRM opportunity data
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one and team meetings with the SaaS sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEM sales, channels, and sales leadership
  • Identify training needs for the SaaS sales team
  • Work cross-functionally with Consulting, Marketing, Contracts, Legal, and Shared Service organizations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8-10 years of technology sales with management experience
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including Word & Excel
  • Experience using and maintaining a CRM system
  • Support territory based working hours while located outside of assigned territory
  • Travel as required
  • Ability to prioritize and organize competing priorities with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and across departments
  • Strong time management and self-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently under general guidance and supervision
