Key responsibilities & impact

Execute manual testing for web applications, platform features, and virtual reality experiences
Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing
Develop test plans and test cases validating business requirements and identifying edge cases
Investigate and reproduce reported issues, documenting clear and actionable findings
Create and maintain detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence
Validate bug fixes and confirm resolution before release
Participate in release readiness activities, testing cycles, and quality sign-offs
Contribute to test automation efforts and improve testing efficiency
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Clinical Subject Matter Experts, and QA professionals
Maintain testing documentation, standards, and quality assurance best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or a related role
Strong manual testing skills and understanding of software testing methodologies
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect documentation
Ability to identify edge cases, risks, and unexpected user behaviors beyond documented requirements
Experience working within established QA processes and development workflows
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and business domains quickly
Exposure to test automation tools, frameworks, or automation best practices
Experience leveraging AI tools to assist with test creation, automation, or QA workflows
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, or similar issue-tracking platforms
Experience testing web-based applications, SaaS platforms, or mobile applications
Familiarity with virtual reality devices such as Meta Quest or HTC Vive
Exposure to mobile device management platforms and device testing
Interest in healthcare technology, simulation, education technology, or emerging technologies
Experience working in Agile development environments
