About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution
- Lead customer discovery efforts to understand user needs, market opportunities, and business challenges
- Partner with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to identify and validate solutions
- Drive products from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and market opportunities when making product decisions
- Facilitate product research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping initiatives
- Evaluate product opportunities based on customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and revenue potential
- Lead and develop a team consisting of two Product Owners and one Product Analyst
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development conversations
- Present recommendations, business cases, and product strategies to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Help mature product management practices across the organization
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive product success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS or software product environment
- Proven experience leading product discovery and customer research initiatives
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization
- Demonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, or similar roles
- Strong ability to identify root customer problems and translate insights into product opportunities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively within ambiguous or evolving environments
- Strong business acumen and commercial decision-making skills
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Nice to have: Experience working in high-growth SaaS organizations
- Nice to have: Consulting or advisory experience
- Nice to have: Experience with AI-enabled products, automation platforms, or emerging technologies
- Nice to have: Experience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and third-party software integrations
