Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in technical sales / account management (preferred in the posting)
  • Demonstrable track record of success
  • Passion for building long-lasting relationships with fire sprinkler contractor customers
  • Ability to act as an expert trusted adviser
  • Diligent, self-motivated, and determined
  • Ability to understand customer needs through discovery and fact finding
  • Ability to identify and prioritize high-payoff sales activities
  • Ability to be accountable to established internal and external KPIs
  • Ability to grow an existing book of business within an established sales territory
  • Experience tracking and updating sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally within the territory, up to 75%
  • Ability to present technical solutions to a variety of customers
  • Must be based within the Chicago, Illinois area or be willing to relocate
