About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage roadmaps for assigned AI products and use cases
- Build and maintain value-driven product backlogs
- Translate business needs into AI/ML use cases, functional requirements, and user stories
- Gather user feedback and translate it into product enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate effort and assess dependencies
- Ensure technical teams have clarity on requirements, expected outcomes, and business priorities
- Act as Product Owner within agile delivery teams, including backlog ownership, sprint planning, and prioritization
- Identify risks related to model performance, bias, and data quality
- Define release and acceptance criteria
- Define success metrics including business KPIs, model performance, and adoption rates
- Partner with business units to drive AI product adoption
- Develop implementation and change management plans
- Support training, communication, and change management initiatives
- Monitor and report on product performance and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement based on data, insights, and feedback
- Ensure compliance with data governance, ethics, and AI governance standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, development, and/or business system administration
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and/or related project execution tools
- Hands-on experience leading PoCs and pilots preferred
- Experience assessing data quality, model suitability, and integration complexity preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise standards for architecture, data privacy, and security preferred
- SCRUM Master certification preferred
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 10% preferred
