About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with Test & Measurement sales and business development teams
  • Provide technical leadership in qualifying, advancing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Interact with customers to understand technical and operational requirements
  • Recommend appropriate Test & Measurement solutions
  • Create proof-of-concepts using NI hardware and software for customer demonstrations
  • Build relationships and trust with customers and account managers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product feedback
  • Contribute to technical initiatives and larger development projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree with an engineering or computer science concentration
  • Familiarity with electronic measurement equipment, including power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and function generators
  • Familiarity with a high-level programming language such as C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, or Python
  • English language competency
  • Effective oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Effective collaboration skills
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time throughout the Americas region
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
  • Temporary visa holders listed in the posting, or individuals needing current or future sponsorship, are not eligible for hire
  • Preferred: experience in RF communications, FPGA programming, or power electronics
