Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a Technical Field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience with a consistent track record of success
  • Experience driving sales growth in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Requires 50–70% travel time
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • No work authorization sponsorship available; candidates needing current or future sponsorship are not eligible
  • Experience in data center, critical infrastructure, electrical, automation, or industrial technology markets
  • Knowledge of power distribution, thermal management, automation, networking, or related technologies
  • Experience working with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users
  • Proven success developing and growing strategic customer relationships
  • MBA or advanced business degree
