About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete an 8-week classroom training and shadowing session covering Rosemount Measurement and Flow products and order entry using Oracle and CRM
  • Review configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements
  • Perform automated sizing to select accurate units
  • Analyze customer requirements, recommend product features, and build models
  • Evaluate instrument specifications and requirements and select appropriate model codes and service offerings
  • Validate model numbers in business systems or Toolkit, including code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes
  • Provide product lead times based on system data
  • Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
  • Proficiency in English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus
