About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical sales and application support to Emerson Process Management—Australia and New Zealand in generating quotations for ANZ operating units
- Handle proposal preparation and quotation management
- Perform commercial or technical screening of orders
- Process order entry and booking
- Monitor workload management
- Communicate with customers via emails and calls
- Support internal ANZ sales engineers via emails and calls
- Help drive growth platforms and support operational pillars
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any engineering related courses
- Basic knowledge of Instrumentation Engineering Principles
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of Emerson Products (Measurement Solutions: Rosemount Measurement, Flow, Micromotion, Analytical etc.)
- Minimum 1.5 years of actual experience in proposal generation and order management
- Ability to carry out tasks independently
- Proactive and innovative problem-solving approach
- Ability to communicate ideas and collaborate effectively in a team environment
