About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a DeltaV installed base of 40–45 systems across the East region
Execute maintenance for 25–30 active AMC/service contracts
Conduct 200–220 site-visit days annually, including travel
Manage billing value of 180–200 KUSD from allocated sites
Generate additional revenue by adding new service contracts in the region
Support customer system maintenance and lifecycle services
Deliver reliable, high-quality DCS services using DeltaV and related technologies
Lead interactions with sites and departments to achieve project objectives
Work with customers and sales teams to support project and business objectives
Execute small-scale service projects under guidance from a Senior Service Engineer
Apply process improvement methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement
Improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Knowledge of Metal & Mining, Chemical Industry, or Refinery is an added advantage
Knowledge of Batch, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Networking, Safety Systems, and Charms I/O
Proficiency in cybersecurity
Knowledge of AMS is preferred
Team member and self-directed contributor
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to interact with customers, sites, departments, and sales teams
Relevant certifications held or being pursued
B.E. / B. Tech in Instrumentation, ECE, or Electrical is preferred
Candidates with degrees in other engineering fields and experience in a similar field can be considered
