About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting for program stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions
- Support leadership decision-making through data-driven insights
- Identify and help resolve data, reporting, and process gaps
- Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Conduct root cause and impact analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced to fluent English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in reporting, analytics, or business performance measurement (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities (preferred)
- Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis (preferred)
- Knowledge of reporting, visualization, or business intelligence tools (preferred)
