About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with partners and support the business in its Commercial Excellence strategies
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop learning content and assessment materials
  • Compile, arrange, and update training materials and curriculum
  • Develop course materials based on information from subject matter experts and instructors
  • Correct and update e-learning module issues encountered by users and escalate to developers when necessary
  • Participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and overall concepts for stakeholders
  • Create content for multiple learning modalities, including instructor-led courses, webinars, and video

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent
  • 1 year related experience in training administration, curriculum development, learning management system, business reporting, customer service, or marketing
  • Basic knowledge of e-learning content development and learning management systems
  • Basic MS Office application knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong drive for results
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about getting things done
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively and influence key stakeholders
  • Able to learn quickly, be resourceful, collaborate, and work efficiently with people across any level
