About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies
- Facilitate requirement gathering, validation, and coordination to align system and business needs
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Guide developers and end-users and resolve conflicts to achieve optimal business outcomes
- Analyze global process impacts and manage implementation plans
- Act as a liaison between global teams and regional departments
- Support development efficiency and validate test cases for UAT
- Review developer work to ensure consistent quality outputs
- Facilitate user group discussions and troubleshoot system issues
- Document business system updates to ensure functional alignment
- Conduct training and develop training materials
- Educate leaders on system updates
- Lead continuous improvement projects

- Ensure global standardization of reports and dashboards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related courses
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT software development field, tools and process automation, data operations engineering, or equivalent
- Skilled in Azure DevOps or any issue/project tracking software
- Ability to see overlapping functions and interdepartmental dependencies
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and models into understandable visual representations
- Experience in system integrations, process mapping/modelling, and data mapping
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile or Stage-Gate process or similar
- Ability to communicate ideas and influence internal and external customers
- Ability to collaborate with people across any level
