About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare the material forecast to fulfill outstanding sales orders and monitor fulfillment against the forecast
Monitor plan execution daily and respond to deviations, delays, urgent requests, and unforeseen events
Analyze the order book, including product structures, make-versus-buy decisions, required dates, requirements, assemblies, inspections, and rescheduling
Analyze critical components and materials, comparing requirements with supplier commitments and tracking shipments and arrivals
Release materials for assembly, including production lists and the opening and closing of production orders and subcontracted operations
Determine the sequence of production operations in collaboration with the Master Scheduler and Production Lead
Set priorities for releasing materials to Quality and ensure the documentation requested by customers is provided
Work with Engineering and Sales to resolve discrepancies
Analyze dates to ensure finished products are available as planned
Update the system in cases of rescheduling and inform Customer Service and the Project Manager
Manage supply risks, optimize inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational performance and service levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in Material and Production Planning
Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Power BI
Advanced English proficiency
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred, particularly Oracle
