About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance manufacturing quality
- Manage customer complaints and quality claims
- Coordinate containment activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Lead problem-solving activities using 8D, FMEA, PDCA, 5Why, and root cause analysis
- Conduct process and product audits
- Support new product introductions and production transfers
- Ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, R&D, Planning, and Logistics
- Improve processes, reduce quality risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality and/or Engineering role within a manufacturing environment
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and mechanical schematics
- Practical knowledge of 8D, PDCA, FMEA, 5Why, and Ishikawa
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment
- Preferred: experience in customer quality management and complaint handling
- Preferred: knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and VDA 6.3
- Preferred: experience conducting process or product audits
- Preferred: experience supporting New Product Development and production transfer projects
- Preferred: knowledge of PPAP documentation and manufacturing quality processes
