Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of experience in program or project management in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience serving as the main owner responsible for planning the work, tracking progress, and moving a project toward completion
  • Practical experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • A record of using project management tools and practices to save time, reduce manual work, or improve execution
  • Experience giving leaders and stakeholders clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and results
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations about project plans, proposals, recommendations, or results
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data to support business decisions
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred experience creating dashboards or conducting data analysis
  • Preferred experience improving processes in measurable ways, including reducing manual work or saving time
  • Preferred experience in customer success or software renewals
  • Practical knowledge of Python, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Ability to communicate directly, adjust messaging to the audience, identify problems early, and keep stakeholders informed
