About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive day-to-day execution of projects
  • Create, review, and drive detailed project schedules with the Project Manager
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
  • Conduct internal cadence meetings to monitor progress
  • Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders
  • Order and submit Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
  • Track and manage mandatory steps and submittals
  • Monitor order tracking and the change order process
  • Escalate issues promptly to avoid delays
  • Manage milestone billing processes accurately and on time
  • Expedite critical materials and components to meet project deadlines
  • Obtain and manage long-term quotes for project requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and stakeholders to achieve project success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of related project management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience
  • Knowledge and capability in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer meetings
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided
  • Experience in manufacturing principles preferred
  • Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Water / Wastewater, or other related industry experience preferred
  • Flow Controls - Fisher experience preferred
