About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for KOB 1 and 2 projects from quotation to cash
- Coordinate and own several large, highly complex Tier 3 and multinational projects
- Lead project lead time and on-time delivery for products and documentation
- Manage customer change order requests
- Ensure customer specifications are met or commented on
- Drive margin uplift
- Manage critical path and execution risk
- Communicate effectively internally and externally with all stakeholders
- During quotation, be accountable for lead time and comments to manufacturing specifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in Japanese and English
- Self-starting and ability to motivate a team
- Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy
- BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
