About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the T&M S&OP team with weekly/monthly reporting and ad-hoc analytics
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports covering KPIs, trends, exceptions, and root causes
  • Manipulate and analyze data by cleaning, transforming, validating, and reconciling data from multiple sources
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Power Query, scripts, and workflow improvements
  • Define and document data definitions, report logic, refresh cadence, and dashboard governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on dashboard and report design
  • Ensure deliverables are reliable, scalable, maintainable, and supported by clear documentation and handover notes
  • Work with the S&OP and Demand Planning teams to deliver executive-ready dashboards and reports that improve planning visibility and decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong IT / technical background with demonstrated ability to work with data end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, DAX fundamentals, and Power Query
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis, such as advanced Excel, SQL, or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided
  • Preferred: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field
  • Preferred: Ability to identify technical problems, propose viable options, and apply technical solutions
  • Preferred: Ability to quickly learn applicable technologies, systems, and products
  • Preferred: Initiative, self-starter mindset, and independent working ability
  • Preferred: Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team development environment
  • Preferred: Ability to drive tasks and projects to successful completion
  • Preferred: Ability to take ownership of goals and schedules and manage time well
  • Preferred: Familiarity with benchtop instruments such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, function generators, and power supplies
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Xilinx, Intel, or Lattice FPGAs and CPLDs and their design tools
