About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform demand and contract field services, including emergency and scheduled maintenance, for the Analytical product installed base
  • Support Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMs), DeNOx, Gas Purity, and Combustion Control systems
  • Assist with Factory Checkout (FCO), customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • Consult with factory and service centers to deliver technical solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Managers to design customer solutions
  • Support technical training and post-sale service planning with customers
  • Develop and refine startup and troubleshooting procedures
  • Resolve customer product and application issues
  • Manage overhead, travel, and expenses while following safety, quality, and company rules
  • Serve as the communication point between customers and the business for warranty issues
  • Drive organizational accountability through regular updates
  • Maintain technical proficiency through self-study and factory training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS Diploma + 3 years or AAS Degree + no experience
  • Five 5-10 years of related experience
  • Travel required up to 50% domestically
  • International travel might be required, on occasion
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Preferred: Ten (10) years of experience related with Analytical Process Gas Systems and/or Analytical Gas Products
  • Preferred: Experience with Analytical Process Gas and Liquid applications, such as Emissions Monitoring (CEMs), DeNOx, Gas Purity, and Combustion Control
  • Preferred: Experience with Sampling Handling Systems and Data Acquisition
  • Preferred: Understanding of Modbus protocol and network communications
