About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions
  • Analyze supply chain, procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and performance improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Design and develop reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and business intelligence tools
  • Manage continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, UAT, and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain and improve business systems and applications to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy
  • Troubleshoot analytics and system-related issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop training materials, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and coach team members
  • Drive collaboration across global supply chain organizations and influence adoption of sustainable process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or other Engineering or Management-related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Buying, Analytics, or related business functions
  • Advanced understanding of Supply Chain functions, concepts, processes, and procurement operations
  • Experience in data mining, data manipulation, business analytics, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence platforms
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualization solutions, and working with enterprise procurement, planning, or supply chain systems
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement experience
  • Knowledge of data storytelling and advanced analytics techniques
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with supply chain commodity management and strategic procurement processes
  • Experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across global organizations
