About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver manufacturing solutions
  • Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and process analysis with global business stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs
  • Partner with software engineers, architects, and vendors throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
  • Support manufacturing digitalization initiatives, including MES, shop floor systems, warehouse solutions, quality processes, and manufacturing applications
  • Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes
  • Provide production support and root-cause analysis for critical business applications
  • Advise business partners while balancing operational needs with long-term technology strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience working as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Project Lead, or similar role
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Experience managing project activities and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies
  • Experience working with enterprise applications and business process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Preferred: Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, quality, or engineering business processes
  • Preferred: Experience with MES, ERP, Oracle applications, manufacturing systems, or factory automation solutions
  • Preferred: Experience leading global projects across multiple regions
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Preferred: Experience with process mapping, business analysis frameworks, and continuous improvement practices
  • Preferred: Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment
