About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop complete test solutions, including hardware and software, for new NI hardware products at the Debrecen R&D site
- Evaluate test coverage, measurement accuracy, and long-term reliability
- Build a deep understanding of product circuitry and functional behavior
- Solve complex test development challenges and coordinate related engineering tasks
- Collaborate with local and international product development teams
- Maintain proactive communication with internal customers and stakeholders
- Support trial production and product ramp-up activities in Debrecen
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for products already in production
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Experience working in the electronics industry
- Solid understanding of measurement technology
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits
- Confident, professional-level English communication skills
- A proactive mindset with openness to learning and professional growth
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in hardware test development (preferred)
- Programming experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience designing, building, or repairing electronic circuits (preferred)
- Familiarity with NI hardware products or test systems (preferred)
