About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of the entire Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control (PPCP) workflow
  • Develop, implement, and lead automation projects for issuing, releasing, and controlling Production Orders (POs)
  • Calculate machine times, production times, line balancing, and setup times
  • Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS/MRP) aligned with sales demand, manufacturing capacity, and inventory levels
  • Identify production bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements using Lean Manufacturing
  • Serve as the focal point between Production, Process Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Support the planning and monitoring of the sales order backlog
  • Analyze inventory, material supply, and order fulfillment, considering domestic and imported materials, as well as internally manufactured items

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive senior-level experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in highly complex industries, automation, or industrial components
  • Deep expertise in PPCP processes, production capacity calculations, and time and methods analysis
  • Strong expertise and experience automating and configuring production modules in enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is essential
  • Innovation-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and the autonomy to manage processes
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both shop-floor personnel and leadership
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, applied to production
