About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive day-to-day supply chain execution across Emerson T&M’s complex electronics manufacturing environment
  • Support reliable delivery performance, disciplined planning, effective inventory control, supplier readiness, and cross-functional issue resolution
  • Lead and support cross-functional supply chain execution activities aligning materials, plans, priorities, and resources with customer demand and manufacturing commitments
  • Make informed decisions to ensure operational objectives are met
  • Apply electronics manufacturing supply chain expertise across component sourcing, production planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management
  • Support disciplined planning processes, operating rhythms, and timely issue escalation
  • Use Oracle EBS, Kinaxis, and other supply chain tools to monitor supply, demand, material availability, and execution status
  • Partner with IT and business teams to ensure system data supports operational decision-making
  • Monitor inventory position, shortages, excess, aging inventory, and material availability
  • Prepare and analyze supply chain KPIs and communicate risks, trade-offs, and required actions
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, S&OP, Customer Operations, and regional teams in Hungary and Malaysia
  • Support risk reviews, shortage resolution, supplier follow-up, allocation decisions, and recovery plans
  • Interface daily with Senior Executive Leadership to keep the organization aligned and informed
  • Serve as a succession pipeline for future supply chain leadership positions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain or operations
  • Strong preference for electronics or semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • Direct exposure to planning, materials, inventory, or manufacturing execution
  • Hands-on experience using ERP/MRP systems, preferably Oracle EBS
  • Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis or similar
  • Ability to manage supply chain priorities and resolve operational constraints
  • Ability to coordinate actions across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and customer-facing teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate supply chain data into clear operating actions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel as needed and collaborate across time zones
  • Proven track record driving execution in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to communicate and influence at senior executive level while operating at a detailed level
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
