About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily pre-sales activities by maintaining project tracking lists
- Manage and update Salesforce records
- Assist with preparing and revising commercial proposals
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams on pre-sales activities
- Assist in managing technical and commercial information throughout proposal development
- Prepare reports and monitor ongoing activities
- Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the pre-sales organization
- Develop understanding of technical pre-sales and proposal management
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the proposal lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related technical field
- Completion of at least four academic semesters at the university
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in technical solutions, project coordination, and commercial processes
- Ability and willingness to work primarily from the office during the onboarding period
- Previous internship, cooperative education, or professional experience in a multinational company is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred
- Interest in industrial automation, manufacturing, or engineering-driven industries is preferred
