About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by managing key accounts, building relationships with distributors and end-users, and promoting Professional Tools solutions
- Develop and execute territory business plans with internal stakeholders and distributors to expand market share, achieve sales targets, and support long-term customer success
- Conduct field product demonstrations, training, and technical support with end users and distribution partners
- Lead the introduction and adoption of strategic new products and solutions
- Develop, present, and execute annual territory business plans
- Build, manage, and maintain accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts
- Establish and grow trusted relationships with key distributor partners and end users
- Serve as a subject matter resource for products, applications, and pricing programs
- Support regional and national initiatives through training and special project execution
- Build and maintain effective merchandising displays at key distributor locations
- Report to the Regional Sales Manager, Mountain Region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with distribution channels, ideally within electrical, industrial, or plumbing markets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated success developing and executing territory business plans that drive incremental growth
- Experience conducting field product demonstrations, training, and technical problem solving with end users and distributors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to introduce new products and solutions to expand market share
- Experience developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or technical support within a professional tools or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no current or future sponsorship required
