About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by managing key accounts, building relationships with distributors and end-users, and promoting Professional Tools solutions
  • Develop and execute territory business plans with internal stakeholders and distributors to expand market share, achieve sales targets, and support customer success
  • Conduct field product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support for end users and distribution partners
  • Lead the introduction and adoption of strategic new products and solutions
  • Build, manage, and maintain accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts
  • Establish and grow trusted relationships with distributor partners and end users
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for products, applications, and pricing programs
  • Build and maintain effective merchandising displays at key distributor locations
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with distribution channels, ideally within electrical, industrial, or plumbing markets
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing territory business plans that drive incremental growth
  • Experience conducting field product demonstrations, training, and technical problem solving with end users and distributors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to introduce new products and solutions to expand market share
  • Experience developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or technical support within a professional tools or industrial environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided
