About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure the Emi solution promptly in alignment with customers' business cases and expectations using internal tools
- Design conversational interactions by translating business requirements into logical rules and product definitions
- Collaborate with internal product teams to improve tools and bot capabilities
- Design and lead functional QA strategies and customer UAT, iterating based on results
- Collaborate with tech, product, and project management teams to meet project milestones
- Improve the implementation process for scalability, quality, and KPI measurement
- Analyze and present real-time implementation insights and improve solutions using user feedback and usage data
- Build and improve candidate interactions with the bot and recruiter interactions with the platform
- Ensure platform features are implemented according to client requirements
- Configure, adjust, and ensure platform quality
- Participate in building an inclusive, people-driven company culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- +1 year of work experience
- Analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Basic technology knowledge, including JSON structures and programming logic
- Ability to deliver quality work on a tight schedule
- Strong prioritization and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proactivity to improve processes
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish
- Clear and simple communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Curiosity, bias for action, and appetite for learning and growth
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing scenarios and uncertainty
- Basic programming skills in Python preferred
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and Metabase preferred
- Excel expertise preferred
- Scrum, Agile, or project management certification is a plus
- Background in linguistics or AI preferred
