About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design end-to-end conversational interactions by transforming business requirements into logical rules and product definitions
- Collaborate with internal product teams to improve toolsets and bot capabilities
- Design and lead testing, synthesize results, and iterate to ensure customer-centric and flawless platform configuration
- Monitor conversation-flow performance and improve flows using user feedback and usage insights
- Analyze user-interaction transcripts and document mental models and language to create grammars and interaction models
- Use simple Python scripting and client information to create and improve candidate conversations and hiring processes
- Work with Customer Success and Product teams to understand client needs and build solutions based on product and platform capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of work experience
- Analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Basic coding knowledge
- Ability to deliver quality work on a tight schedule
- Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to improving processes
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish
- Clear and simple communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Background in linguistics or AI is a bonus
