About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Medical Director of the cardiac catheterization lab at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital
- Provide attending physician coverage in the inpatient interventional cardiology rotation
- Conduct outpatient clinic sessions at an outreach site to be determined
- Perform 9 clinical sessions per week
- Perform 1 administrative session per week
- Adapt clinical duties as directed by the Emory Heart & Vascular Executive Director based on operational and strategic needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Position involves clinical patient contact
- Qualified applicants must meet Emory University employment requirements
- Ability to perform clinical duties in person at an Emory University location
- Must be able to serve as Medical Director of the cardiac catheterization lab
- Must be able to work as an attending physician on the interventional cardiology inpatient rotation
- Must provide outpatient clinic coverage at an outreach site to be determined
