About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative, operational, and data management support to the Clinical Education Team within the Emory Physician Assistant Program
  • Maintain, track, and process affiliation agreements and clinical site contracts with external healthcare systems, hospitals, and clinics
  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and Risk Management departments on agreements, renewals, and amendments
  • Monitor agreement expiration dates and clinical site compliance
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for external clinical site coordinators
  • Manage and update the CORE ELMS clinical education database
  • Onboard clinical preceptors and collect, verify, and archive required documentation
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Clinical Education, Clinical Coordinators, and PA Program Leadership
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and event logistics
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute communications, policy updates, and newsletters
  • Support clinical-year PA students with administrative inquiries, compliance requirements, and document submissions
  • Coordinate collection and archiving of student and preceptor evaluations and end-of-rotation exam documentation
  • Support Clinical Year Orientation and Graduation activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with precise attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with healthcare executives, physicians, faculty, and students
  • Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information in compliance with regulations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and skill in prioritizing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with clinical education databases such as CORE ELMS
  • Ability to manage clinical site contracts, affiliation agreements, preceptor credentials, licensing, and documentation
  • Ability to perform tasks in person at an Emory University location
