About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize, coordinate, and plan operational facets of the Clinical Education Program
  • Establish long-term operational objectives and research factors that may impact program success
  • Research and document program requirements to support strategic planning
  • Develop work plans and monitor progress toward program goals and objectives
  • Conduct research and gather information for publications
  • Develop promotional materials, reports, briefings, newsletters, grants, and other program-related written information
  • Assist with program-related conferences, conventions, and meetings
  • Monitor expenditures, participate in budget planning, and prepare financial reports
  • Assist with identifying funding resources and developing fundraising strategies and initiatives
  • Prepare operational and statistical reports
  • Conduct training and represent the program at meetings and conferences
  • Network with affiliated groups
  • May supervise assigned project staff, interns, and/or volunteers
  • Perform related responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program
  • Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible schedule based upon business needs
  • Ability to work under departmental remote-work guidelines
