About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, develop, implement, and promote strategies and solutions addressing public health issues and challenges
  • Provide education, technical assistance, advocacy, public awareness, and research
  • Work with programs or studies evaluating public health issue prevalence or surveillance and intervention effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A master's degree in Public Health, a master of science degree in Public Health or Health Education, OR a master's degree in Development Practice OR a master's degree in another field and one year of public health experience
  • Residency in the state of Georgia
  • Ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
  • Basic knowledge of public health principles
