  • Coordinate major financial reporting and budgeting activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements

  • Maintain grant agreements, policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate grant reporting requirements and review grant funding source compliance
  • Negotiate grant funding with awarding agencies
  • Perform indirect cost analysis
  • Hire, train, and supervise a small staff
  • Perform related responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or a related field and four years of financial analyst or accounting experience, OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting activities
  • Knowledge of regulations, reporting requirements, accounting controls and procedures
  • Ability to analyze statistical and financial reports, financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Ability to prepare, develop and monitor department/organizational budgets
  • Grant agreement, grant reporting, grant funding source compliance and indirect cost analysis knowledge may be required
  • Ability to hire, train, and supervise a small staff may be required
