About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product foundation, benefits design, plan documentation, configuration, and QA for Emory Health Plan
- Ensure published SBC, SPD, and benefit guide content reconciles to the configured plan
- Partner with Anthem, AmeriBen, and Prime Therapeutics on account and product configuration, plan build validation, tier structures, and eligibility logic
- Own cost and price transparency requirements and member-facing surfaces
- Lead renewal and plan-year transition communications
- Direct provider directory QA and network representation accuracy
- Run the benefits sign-off process for plan content released to print, portal, and campaign
- Design and execute the omnichannel communication strategy for Open Enrollment and vendor go-live
- Own brand and campaign management across audiences and channels
- Develop marketing and change materials for digital, print, portal, email, town hall, and manager cascade formats
- Manage campaign calendars, production lead times, approval windows, and contingency sequencing
- Build stakeholder engagement plans and map change impacts for members, providers, and employers
- Translate impact analysis into enablement plans with named owners and dates
- Apply change frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter
- Build the Phase 2 consumer engagement capability, including member segmentation, mobile and digital engagement, portals, and health risk assessments
- Lead training design, Benefits Specialist training, and War Room readiness
- Track adoption KPIs and report change health in weekly OKR Sync and monthly ETO governance
- Build and run a change champion network
- Manage resistance and maintain one consistent narrative across Board, leadership, and member communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare transformation, strategy execution, management consulting, or health plan operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
- Demonstrated track record leading enterprise-wide change management programs affecting 500+ employees
- Expert-level process mapping and systems design tools including Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or equivalent
- Fluency in Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Systems Engineering, and Program Management frameworks
- Familiarity with healthcare data environments including claims, eligibility, clinical, and pharmacy data
- Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in health plan contexts and responsible AI principles
- Master's degree is preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, Prosci ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CPHQ, or FACHE are valued
- Open Enrollment or plan-year transition experience in a self-funded or managed care environment is preferred
- Experience with member segmentation, digital engagement platforms, member portals, and health risk assessment programs is preferred
- Provider directory management, network representation accuracy, or cost and price transparency compliance experience is preferred
- Working fluency in Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Forms
- Experience with marketing and campaign execution tooling, email and engagement platforms, content management, and digital asset management
- SQL or comparable query capability preferred
- Interoperability standards experience such as HL7 and FHIR is a plus
