About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and run the portfolio layer of the Enterprise Transformation & Insights Office
- Own the Objectives & Key Results portfolio dashboard, prioritization framework, innovation and capability pipeline, business case and value realization discipline, and governance cadence
- Build and administer portfolio prioritization criteria, intake thresholds, sequencing logic, and decision rights
- Translate enterprise OKRs into initiative-level measures with named owners and evidence standards
- Run capacity and demand analysis and present trade-off options to senior leadership
- Establish dashboard data discipline, refresh cadence, source-of-record definitions, and quality checks
- Build the intake and pipeline process for new capabilities and initiatives
- Own RAID discipline across the portfolio, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Design and operate huddle boards and workflow management for the ETO
- Maintain the enterprise capability roadmap and partner with IT, analytics, and enterprise architecture
- Track value realization for consulting-supported initiatives and vendor business cases
- Validate projected savings against actual Emory Health Plan claims data
- Set business case standards and run initiative quality reviews at defined gates
- Report realized versus planned benefits to executive and Board audiences
- Drive weekly OKR Sync and monthly ETO governance cadence
- Lead business readiness assessments for October 19 Open Enrollment and January 1 go-live, including go/no-go recommendations
- Run assigned consulting engagements, ETO initiatives, and OKRs from scoping through close
- Maintain reporting for executive, Board, workstream, and Open Enrollment forums
- Drive adoption of the ETO operating system and portfolio instruments
- Own portfolio communications architecture and build the portfolio change network
- Conduct change impact and readiness analysis across people, process, and technology
- Apply Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter frameworks where appropriate
- Manage resistance, escalate patterns, and reconcile communications across audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare transformation, strategy execution, management consulting, or health plan operations
- Power BI portfolio dashboarding, including data model design, DAX measures, and refresh management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Working fluency in SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, and Planner or Project
- Experience with Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent
- Fluency in Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Systems Engineering, and Program Management frameworks
- Familiarity with healthcare data environments including claims, eligibility, clinical, and pharmacy data
- SQL or comparable query capability preferred
- Python or R useful, not required
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning application in health plan contexts and responsible AI governance
- Executive-level communication skills for C-suite and Board audiences
- Ability to manage stakeholders across clinical, operational, IT, and finance functions
- Strategic systems thinking and ability to connect initiative-level work to enterprise outcomes
- Ability to evaluate benefits based on evidence and report unrealized benefits
