About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Talent Acquisition Leadership and Hiring Leaders
  • Understand Emory Healthcare staffing demands
  • Attract and hire diverse and top talent
  • Conduct intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and compensation reviews for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and Emory Healthcare policies in the employment process
  • Perform related responsibilities as required
  • Provide support to the business and candidates while meeting service level agreements
  • Influence hiring leaders to move quickly through selection and offer stages

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Other education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Two (2) plus years in Talent Acquisition; or five (5) plus years in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or related with strong customer service
  • Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High skill level in customer service
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Detail oriented; ability to meet service level agreements and provide a high level of support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fact finding, influencing, listening and problem solving
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors and senior leaders
  • Positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to influence hiring leaders to move quickly in selection and offer stages
  • Intermediate skills and Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
  • Residency in the state of Georgia required
  • Ability to travel may be required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry objects up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to use personal protective equipment, including respirators, as required by assigned work area and tasks
