Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the President
Align and execute commercial and enterprise-wide priorities
Lead the commercial team’s annual strategic planning process
Set, track, and measure team-level OKRs
Manage Clinical and Commercial Leadership Team operations, including agendas, bi-weekly meetings, and quarterly business reviews
Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and transition ownership to functional leaders
Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and executive-level presentations
Monitor team morale, communication, and engagement across the commercial organization
Draft internal updates and manage key messaging
Ensure the President’s priorities and directives are clearly understood and implemented
Travel up to several days a month, usually to Dallas for executive meetings

What you’ll need

5+ years of strategy / management consulting or investment banking / private equity experience
3+ years of commercial oriented experience (Marketing, Business Development or Sales)
3+ years of experience working in US healthcare (health plan or provider experience preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strategic problem-solving and prioritization skills
High EQ and ability to read the room
Ability to build consensus and navigate complexity
Comfort using Excel to run analyses
Bias for action and thoughtful judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
