About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead clinical priorities from inception, ideation, and discovery through road mapping, prioritization, experimentation, and implementation
Drive execution of projects, including program management and change management
Lead the definition and implementation of new clinical workflows and processes
Design and conduct experiments to optimize existing clinical operations
Develop and manage KPIs/SLAs to measure clinical operations performance
Identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities
Work cross-functionally to execute organizational priorities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and report findings to clinical leadership
Prepare the clinical team for internal and external presentations
Ensure smooth clinical team operations
Provide support to the Chief Medical Officer in a Chief of Staff capacity as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of healthcare consulting experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm focused on strategy, operations, or finance
2+ years of operating experience at a health tech or innovative healthcare services organization
Demonstrated excellence in project management and leadership skills
Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams
Ability to independently analyze complex data and derive actionable insights
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in using AI tools
Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
