About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product marketing for one to two therapy areas end to end, including positioning, launches, sales tools, and competitive intelligence
  • Execute go-to-market activities for prescribing providers, telehealth and clinic partners, and patients
  • Run product launches from workback plan through post-launch readout
  • Coordinate content, creative, digital, and sales teams during launches
  • Partner with campaign teams on therapy-area demand generation
  • Work with Medical Affairs and Legal on claims review for product copy, sales materials, campaign assets, and web content
  • Represent marketing in R&D and Operations review meetings
  • Bring research, data, and market context into product discussions and communicate formulation, capacity, and pipeline updates to marketing and sales
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, conversion-focused website product pages
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools including battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling, proof points, and pitch support
  • Track competitors and develop response messaging
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights from sales calls, provider conversations, and win/loss notes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years in marketing
  • At least 2 years in product marketing or a role involving positioning, launch, or sales enablement work
  • Experience marketing to or through professionals such as providers, clinicians, practitioners, or B2B buyers, or a clear understanding of how this differs from consumer marketing
  • Experience working with legal, medical, or regulatory review, or in an environment where every word is checked
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to run multiple launches, review cycles, and web updates in parallel
  • Daily working fluency with AI for drafting, research, and competitive analysis
  • Self-directed and able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Evidence of shipped launches, sales-used assets, and campaigns carried from brief to results
  • Healthcare, pharma, devices, or wellness experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in men’s health, women’s health, weight management, or wellness categories preferred
  • Experience working with R&D, medical, or clinical teams preferred
  • Experience building a toolkit, launch process, or competitive program preferred
