Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Demonstrated experience in Criminal Law
  • Experience or familiarity with practice before the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ)
  • Knowledge of disciplinary proceedings before the OAB
  • Knowledge of Civil Liability and compensation claims is a plus
  • Proactive, strategic, organized, and communicative profile
  • Availability for ongoing monitoring of the matter
  • Previous experience with cases involving criminal representation, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and ethical-disciplinary matters before the OAB simultaneously is a plus
