About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect data and update project progress, tracking scope and deadlines
- Update scope and deadline tracking schedules on Orgânica’s proprietary platform, focusing on the SPI metric
- Create and distribute tasks to the team, assigning owners, deadlines, and priorities
- Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and collaborate on corrective actions
- Support the organization of weekly priorities, task allocation, and task follow-up
- Track team capacity, planned and actual hours, and client scope consumption
- Identify risks and collaborate on mitigation and contingency plans
- Prepare periodic reports on status, milestones, challenges, and solutions
- Support the planning of new projects, including timelines, resources, and risks
- Keep internal communication aligned and provide progress updates to the Account Management team
- Participate in alignment meetings with the Account Management and Project Management teams
- Manage project documents and files, including briefs, contracts, and schedules
- Create supporting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Update internal processes, procedures, and manuals
- Support the implementation of project management tools, automations, and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience as a project assistant or project analyst
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Excellent command of Portuguese, including writing and proofreading
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, proactivity, and a strong interest in learning about the digital marketing industry
- Computer proficiency
- Experience working remotely
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing (content marketing, inbound marketing, and paid media) — preferred
- Experience at a digital marketing agency — preferred
- Strong aesthetic sensibility — preferred
- Project management course certification — a plus
- Marketing certification — a plus
- Experience using AI tools and automations — a plus
- Knowledge of RD Station or another marketing automation platform — a plus
- College degree — preferred
