About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support the Project Leadership Team (PLT) to successfully deliver agreed project scope
Create and track project schedules
Manage risks and issues
Manage budget creation and tracking
Communicate effectively with IT and business leadership
Escalate issues appropriately with PLT and leadership
Create applicable project artifacts
Manage geographically diverse teams
Deliver medium-to-high complexity projects using Client-specific Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
Coordinate projects involving a single customer, multiple delivery teams, multiple vendors, a single portfolio, and moderate project budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of project management experience
Experience using Microsoft suite of tools including MS Project
Experience using PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool
Ability to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary
Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary
For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance: ability to lift 25 lbs
For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance: valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to perform the stated physical and visual requirements, as necessary
