About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interview local offices and functional departments to map workflows, pain points, and existing AI experiments
- Identify shared, governed capabilities and infrastructure, training, or guardrails needed by teams
- Prototype agentic workflows, Claude skills, MicroApps, and retrieval features on Claude Enterprise, MCP, APIs, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Notion
- Package reusable AI capabilities for adoption across markets
- Create templates, playbooks, starter kits, and documentation for self-service AI development
- Support knowledge capture, retrieval pipelines, and early knowledge graph work for institutional memory
- Define success metrics, output quality checks, and evaluation loops
- Contribute capabilities to Endeavor's AI Registry in line with its AI Policy
- Own meaningful projects and present internship work directly to Endeavor's CEO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate junior or senior, or graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and demonstrated building experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in applied AI, organizational workflows, governance, change management, and knowledge systems
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs through class projects, hackathons, or personal projects involving prompting, agents, RAG, or API integrations
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and basic SQL
- Ability to understand technical architectures including APIs, databases, and retrieval systems, and explain them clearly to non-technical colleagues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with an analytical-first mindset
- Comfortable asking why, identifying root problems, and turning research into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Git, Snowflake, Salesforce, Notion, or workflow automation tools is nice to have
- Interest in entrepreneurship or the startup ecosystem is nice to have
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. with valid U.S. work authorization for 2027
